This is a remote job, with work hours 6:00 AM - 3 PM Pakistan time (negotiable)

Salary range Rs. 200,000 - Rs.400,000 per month.

Position Overview:

The Data and Visualisation Specialist at DigiU, will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into visually appealing and informative insights. The role will be responsible to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling visualisations that drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as key data and visualisation interface across clients and the broader organisation.
• Review and analyse data from energy retailers and the broader organisation.
• Developing the necessary visual reports to support the commercial needs and operations of the business.
• Build and maintain data models in accordance with requirements of business stakeholders.
• Working with the Strategy and Solutions team, play a key role in recommending optimal reporting tools, and be the business owner for them ongoing.
• Developing and maintaining tools and visual reporting that facilitate optimised retail decision making as well as supporting optimal business performance.
• Develop insights from data that underpin the business performance, including but not limited to:
• Sales performance
• Marketing leads
• Operational performance (credit, service, billing etc)
• Technology and digital data (such as retail system and website reporting)
• Budgeting and Planning
• Annual plans, and 5-year strategies

Knowledge and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting within the energy sector or a related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
